Radik Zagirov is a seasoned professional in software quality assurance and testing with over a decade of experience. He has held diverse roles, from Software Developer in Test at Saint Petersburg State University to Lead QA/PM at Dialog Platform. Radik has spearheaded QA/QC processes, managed R&D projects, and implemented agile methodologies. He also served as Deputy CTO at Omnicomm and Head of QA/SDET Department at InCountry, where he led multinational teams and drove digital transformation initiatives. Since June 2022, Radik is a Senior Manager, QA/SDET at APARAVI. Alongside his career, Radik pursued education, earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science and currently completing one in Business Informatics.
